Reviews

  1. A.

Terrible company with extremely poor customer service. I run an e-commerce page, and after my first sale, Squarespace has been holding my payment for over two weeks. Tomorrow marks three weeks, and still no money has been transferred to my account. Avoid this company at all costs—you’ll end up in the same situation as the rest of us. Just check the reviews!

I’ve been with Squarespace for years and never had any major issues until I wanted to expand and make changes to my website. That’s when problems started. Their customer service is terrible—there’s no live support, and you’re essentially left to figure out problems on your own. I gave them feedback about their service, but they didn’t seem to care. I regret updating my website because, otherwise, I would definitely switch to another platform.
