    Exercise extreme caution when using Klaviyo. Like many others, we’ve experienced auto-checked boxes that lead to unexpected increases in our bills. While it’s one thing to auto-check a box for email subscriptions, any business that uses this tactic to send a significantly inflated bill to customers is bound to face requests for reversals and refunds, along with a surge of complaints. To make matters worse, Klaviyo refuses to issue refunds. When I contacted them just minutes after the auto-check caused the bill increase, they first denied it was an auto-check box, then later admitted it, yet still refused to provide a refund, even though we hadn’t used the service. Be very cautious when using Klaviyo.

    We’ve been using Klaviyo as our email service provider for nearly three years and have had an excellent experience. It’s incredibly easy to set up campaigns and flows, create well-defined segments, and track our statistics. Their support staff is also very helpful. I recently encountered an issue with deliverability and compliance with the new sender guidelines from Google and Yahoo. Support guided me through the process, identified the problem, and helped me resolve it!

    We transitioned to Klaviyo from Sendgrid and have been very pleased with the results. The interface is exceptionally well-designed, making it easy to set up flows. Many of these flows come pre-designed and function effectively. The delivery rate is impressive, and I’m not solely relying on their dashboard; Google GA4 also confirms that we’re seeing increased clicks on our website.
